Joe Manganiello is swiftly moving forward with his new girlfriend, following the finalization of his divorce from Sofia Vergara.
RadarOnline reports that Manganiello, 47, has already moved in with the lady, who is 34, marking a thirteen-year age difference….
This development comes after Manganiello ended his seven-year marriage to Vergara by filing for divorce in July of last year.
The former couple, once a Hollywood power duo, reportedly drifted apart due to disagreements about starting a family. Manganiello was eager to have children, but Vergara, 51, was not, as she already has an adult son from a previous marriage and wasn’t ready to start over.
The divorce was publicly announced in July 2023 and finalized in September.
The couple released a joint statement saying, “We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
Manganiello and his new girlfriend, Caitlin O’Connor, were linked as early as November, after an after-party for “Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty,” in which O’Connor plays Dyan Cannon.
Insiders told TMZ that the couple bonded over their Pittsburgh roots and are very much in love despite their relatively short time together.
The seriousness of their relationship is underscored by Manganiello moving in with O’Connor.
Meanwhile, Vergara is reportedly dating orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman. A source close to Vergara stated, “Sofia is having fun and doing her thing. She’s not looking to be tied down.”
The insider added that Vergara is unfazed by Manganiello’s relationship with O’Connor and that the new couple is “doing really well, getting more and more serious, and talking about their future. They are really enjoying where things are going.”
