Meghan Markle is concerned that Harry may end up being “made a fool of” as he seeks to reconcile with William, claims source.

The question of whether the strained relations between Prince Harry and his family can ever truly mend remains a subject of debate.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have unequivocally expressed their grievances regarding their treatment while residing in the UK. Some argue that their public airing of these grievances, through their candid interview with Oprah Winfrey, their revealing Netflix documentary, and Harry’s forthcoming memoir “Spare,” may have been excessive.

Not long ago, the idea of reconciliation seemed improbable. Harry and Meghan now lead a post-royal life in the US, while the royal family seems content to let them be.

However, circumstances are evolving. Recent health concerns, including undisclosed forms of cancer affecting King Charles and Kate Middleton, have thrust the Royal Family into a state of uncertainty, if not crisis.

Yet, it is often in times of turmoil that alliances can shift. Harry has already returned to the UK this year to meet briefly with his father, sparking rumors of a willingness from both parties to mend fences, despite the deep-seated wounds of the past two years.

Harry is scheduled to return again next month for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, with reports suggesting he may use this occasion to extend an olive branch to Charles and William.

However, Meghan Markle reportedly views such attempts with wariness, indicating a reluctance to engage in reconciliation efforts with Harry’s family.

According to a report from the Daily Mirror, referencing a royal insider familiar with the situation, Meghan is reportedly determined to stand her ground regarding the frosty relationship between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.

The source said: “Meghan knows she is facing a losing battle when it comes to Harry reaching out to Kate and William to try and sort through their differences, but she thinks he’s making a big mistake. She obviously feels sympathy for Kate and what she’s going through, but in her mind, it doesn’t change things.”

In a courageous and forthright video released last month, Kate Middleton shared her cancer diagnosis, putting an end to two months of speculation about her health. While earlier reports indicated that Meghan had been in touch with her sister-in-law, the same source asserts that the Duchess of Sussex is still grappling with the lingering effects of past experiences.

“She wants her to make a full recovery and for the family to all be ok but four years on from leaving and she’s still upset by it all and can never fully forgive the royals for what they put her and Harry through and have never apologised,” the source added.

Meanwhile, recent reports suggest that as of yesterday, there are no arrangements in place for Prince William and Kate Middleton to meet with Harry during his upcoming visit to the UK next month.

One royal insider is said to have told OK! Magazine: “William and Kate are very consciously focusing on positivity and recovery. Harry is due in London early next month, but there are no plans as of yet to meet with him while he’s over. He’s reached out and sent best wishes, but a meeting might be a little premature.”
