Dad whose entire body is covered in tattoos undergoes transformation for the sake of his little daughter.

We’ve all had moments we’d rather forget, choices we wish we could undo, and words we wish we hadn’t spoken.

But it’s unlikely that many of us carry regrets as conspicuous as Ethan ‘ModBoy’ Bramble, an Australian body enthusiast adorned with over 200 tattoos.

In today’s culture, expressing oneself through ink is prevalent, with elaborate and eccentric tattoos being the trend. However, most people have a threshold for what they’re willing to adorn themselves with, and for the majority, it pales in comparison to Ethan’s extreme dedication.

According to reports, Ethan made his first foray into body modifications at just 11 years old by stretching his ears. Since then, he’s undergone various procedures, including splitting his tongue and removing his belly button.

However, it’s his extensive tattoo collection that attracts the most attention. Understandably so, considering he’s inked from head to toe. Ethan disclosed spending approximately $60,000 AUD (about $39,000 USD) to achieve his current appearance.

Yet, he’s now grappling with some remorse over his past decisions.

“I suppose you could say I have some tattoo regrets,” he shared on LadBibleTV’s No Filter series. “It’s not just about regret; it’s also about desiring to be seen differently.”

Ethan expressed concern about potential judgment he might face during everyday activities, like taking his young daughter to school.

“The face can be a significant factor that, for some individuals—not everyone—can lead to various challenges. I wouldn’t want my daughter to deal with those until she’s older,” he explained. “I regret going so extreme with my facial tattoos.”

In an effort to alter his appearance, Ethan has been undergoing painful laser surgery to remove some of the ink he acquired in his youth.

“For nearly 12 months, I’ve been undergoing laser treatments. We tackle it in stages, and I’ve undergone the process six or seven times in total,” he shared. “I started the treatments due to the anxiety and other issues I was experiencing. Pinpointing mental health struggles is complex, but I believe a significant part of my anxiety stemmed from having a heavily tattooed face.”

“I’m content with my appearance, but I’m also content with the idea that over the next couple of years, my facial tattoos will gradually fade. I’m essentially clearing the canvas.”
