She was spat on because of her red hair – you won’t recognize her today.

Throughout her childhood, Jessica Gagen experienced ridicule from her classmates.

In her early childhood years, she was teased because of her red hair, and was told almost daily how ugly she was.

However, many years later, she has made a comeback, inspiring many people around the world.

She was recently crowned Miss England and recognized as the most beautiful woman in the country. Now look what a beautiful woman she is today…..

There is no excuse for constantly belittling others. Everyone deserves respect and love, not hate.

Unfortunately, from time to time we hear about rude people who feel entitled to insult others. Children especially, who feel isolated and helpless, are subjected to this.

Jessica Gagen from Lancashire, England, always stood out as a child. Her red hair made her unique and this should have been celebrated, but instead, resentment occurred.

We are all unique and should be accepted and loved regardless of our appearance. However, Jessica was faced with a reality that was far from such respect. At school, she was often neglected by other kids and bullied, causing her to come home in tears.

Almost every day she was told how ugly she was.

The situation even got to the point where classmates would spit on her and even tried to set her on fire with a lighter because of her “red hair”.

Because of her unique appearance, she was a constant target for ridicule.

“I was bullied all the time, and while I don’t think the kids did it with malicious intent, these incidents did happen. I was punched, spat at, had different objects thrown at me a few times, but the worst was when one girl tried to set me on fire because of my red hair,” Jessica told The Mirror.

In seventh grade, she had to eat lunch in the school restrooms because when she tried to sit at a table with the girls in the cafeteria, they would get up and leave. Jessica didn’t feel beautiful, but eventually she became a winner in her life.

“It used to really upset me, but I decided to show other kids facing similar things that it doesn’t last forever,” Jessica said.

Over the years, Jessica grew up and became a young woman.

That’s when she decided to make a difference for those who also experience school bullying. Instead of letting the negativity consume her, she used it to motivate herself.

She applied to a modeling agency and began investing in a career related to her unique looks. Her international modeling career began at the age of 18 when she was recognized for her unique style.

Today, not only has she achieved tremendous success, but she is also an inspiration to young people who were told they could never achieve their dreams.

Recently, Jessica got her revenge.

She applied to compete in the Miss England beauty pageant and became the winner in 2022, becoming the first red-haired woman to achieve this. After coming runner-up in the Miss England 2021 pageant, the win meant a lot to Jessica.

“I looked back and thought there are very few redheads on television. I decided that if I could win this competition, I could help children who are bullied because of their looks and hair color,” she says.

Today, Jessica Gagen uses her success as a platform to spread the message: all people are unique and no one has flaws.
