What is interesting about Sean Connery is that he lost his hair at a very early age, and probably wore a hairpiece for Goldfinger.
As his career progressed he abandoned the hairpiece and appeared completely bald from then on, with, in our opinion, one of his best performances being a movie called The name of the Rose.
Around the time he was cast as Indiana Jones‘ Dad in the movie of the same name, Sean Connery was voted as being one of the world‘s sexiest men.
The inference here is quite clear. That hair is only one part of the image you present to the world, and lack of hair certainly didn‘t stand in the way of Sean Connery succeeding as a movie star and sex symbol. Why? We‘ve never asked him, but we suspect because he didn‘t let it bother him, and if it doesn‘t bother him it doesn‘t worry other people either.
Your hair is only one part of you. Your height, build, voice, personality, the way you dress even right down to the way you smell are all very important in building the picture of you in the eyes of other people. Also, very important is the power and status you have, which are probably more powerful as an image builder than anything else. Again, look at Sean Connery if you want proof of that statement.
So if you are reading this, you have probably begun to lose your hair, just like Sean Connery did. You should therefore let it bother you as much as it has bothered Sean Connery. In other words – not a lot! You are still the same person.
